Professional Background
Laura has more than 25 years of experience advising domestic and international companies on industrial and intellectual property, privacy, technology, media, regulatory matters, consumer protection, and transactional commercial law. Her practice focuses on highly dynamic sectors such as e-commerce, retail, entertainment, advertising, social media, technology (hardware and software), pharmaceuticals, publishing, and alcoholic beverages, among others.
