Professional Background

With over 20 years of experience, Fabio is recognized as a leading litigation attorney in Mexico, specializing in civil and commercial disputes. He frequently represents both public entities and private companies. He spent more than nine years at Baker McKenzie and most recently led the litigation practice as a Partner at the Mexico City office of DAC Beachcroft. Fabio has authored and published articles on key legal topics related to real estate litigation, family law, and insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings.
