Professional Career
Throughout more than 17 years at Big Four firms, Francisco has led complex transfer pricing and valuation projects for companies with operations in Mexico and abroad. His practice has focused on tax compliance, documentation under BEPS standards, and handling audits and proceedings before tax authorities, with notable experience working with companies in the maquiladora sector..
He has coordinated the implementation of transfer pricing policies, the preparation of functional and economic analyses, valuation of shares and intangible assets, as well as the management of Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs). In addition, he has trained and led multidisciplinary teams with a practical, technical, and results-oriented approach.

Francisco holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from Universidad Panamericana, Guadalajara Campus.
